Take a blank sheet of paper, and design the quickest turbo bike you can imagine. Back in the 1990s, Barry was running his turbo CBX with Hilborn-style mechanical fuel injection. Mike had sold some of his unfinished compound turbo GPz750 project to Lorcan who ran it as a single turbo with a DTA electronic ECU. Impressed with the control and information gathering ability of the DTA, Mike and Barry fitted the same DTA ECU to the CBX. With the new ECU, they quickly found the limits of the old Honda engine, and a new project was born... The new project would boast a Top Fuel engine, a strong chassis designed to allow easy access to the motor, a compound turbo system and cutting edge electronic control. Methanol was chosen as the fuel for it's low cost and ability to resist detonation.

Owner Walter Sprout started ECS in 2002 after working in the Phoenix performance motorcycle industry since 1994. With 12 years Dyno experience tuning everything from road race machines to Harley Davidsons, Walter decided he wanted to start a shop where quality and customer service came first and attention to detail was a priority.
Walter has been riding and racing motorcycles for 32 years. He has built and raced his own All Motor, Nitrous, Turbo charged, and Nitrous/Turbo Streetbikes for 10 years, with several West coast ET and MPH drag racing records under his belt. Walter has also built and ridden Arizona's quickest and fastest 68" Shootout, 60", and Stock wheelbase street legal, street ridden bikes.
Now Walter has started the east coast franchise of ECS Performance, bringing ECS to the east coast market. At ECS Phoenix, now holding the reins is Protege Jerry Martorello. Jerry's a retired navy man, life long motorcycle enthusiast, MMI grad, and was personally trained by Walter to continue the quality and service you've come to expect from ECS.

we raced a Turbocharged Suzuki Hayabusa in National sprint association events and competed in selected ACU superstreet class meets at Shakespere county raceway and santa pod during 2008 /2009
The 2009 season saw the return to the track of Rouge et Noir 2 which will be appearing at selected events during the 2010 season.
The team members are Julie (crewchief /pitbitch and little cherub) and Phil "PASO" steele (owner/ rider)
Phil has been competing in straight line racing on and off since 1974 and sometimes thinks that at his advancing age he should know better But hey the older he gets the Faster he was .........

Im 43 years old, living in Germany and take part in dragraces since 1997.
First I drove in the classes Street Harley, Street Bike and Modified Harley.
After a few years I changed to the class V-Rod Destroyer for two years and to
Super Twin Top Gas.
Before 2 years Ive built a street legal Hayabusa Turbo with an MCXpress Kit.
With that bike I drove my very first Mile Race in Woodbridge this year with 211mph and 217,2 on 1,5mls.
Furthermore I became Dutch SSB Champion 2009.
For the season 2010 I hope to take part with my new Turbobusa in Santa Pod and in Woodbridge.
I hope to meet lots of British Dragracers there.
